This will allow your caller realize that you are so hectic that you simply don’t have time to get to the phone. That will give your caller an idea of how they may be handled when they get into your office.
Naturally this may or will not be the truth. At this point the reality doesn’t matter… perception is exactly what matters. I agree… the reality should be all that matters. The problem is… if they have never held it’s place in to see you… they have no idea what the simple truth is. So they will be working on notion. So you not only have to give them the perception of what you would like them to get… you must give the perception of what you want it to be.
It’s as simple as “acting as though.” You act as if your business office is buzzing coupled perfectly… you act as if your patients tend to be moving through your office smoothly and on occasion… you act as if they’re blown away by the way anyone treat them… anyone act as if everybody pays you at the time of service. You even behave as if each and every patient refers you at least one of their friends or family.
In the role of if does not mean that by you acting this way it will magically occur. Again… it is a mix of small strategies which will get you there. Acting as if will get your mind correct… it will get you believing that it can be and can come about… you will start pondering more accurately. If you don’t consider it can or will happen… you’re right.
