What test or tests are needed to be taken at the DPS using this parent taught drivers ed course?

To obtain your permit you will be required to take a 30 question permit test at the DPS. We prepare the teen student by giving them a 50 question practice test covering every type of question that can be asked during your test. Also under *NEW* Texas Laws, implemented Sept. 1st 2009. All students, any age, regardless of where they receive their driver education, are required to also take an in-car driving test when they go down to get their license. But don’t worry, we prepare the student from beginning to end, everything on the in-car driving test is covered in your behind-the-wheel training with our course.
