The President of IamAmerica.org James Rivers is asking people from all walks of life, young and old, rich and poor, from all races, colors and creeds, from big cities and small towns to come together as a nation on Sunday November 4, 2012 by joining an “I Am America.. Not 47 Percent Rally” in their local city or town.
Memphis, Tennessee – wwwIAmAmeirca.org – Press Release – While some will gather around their televisions to root and cheer for their favorite football teams on Sunday November 4, 2012 just two days before the highly anticipated 2012 Presidential Election, others will come together in large cities and small towns, from across this wonderful nation, to let their voices be heard loud and clear at “I Am America.. Not 47 Percent Rallies. They will adorn themselves in their team’s colors of red, white and blue and cheer on a President who understands that simply because your income is not in the top-half of America’s earners you should not be looked-down on or referred to as a victim or a no-body. The grassroots organization’s website www.IAmAmerica.org has a link where individuals and rally organizers can get more information and order t-shirts and supplies.
At a recent meeting of IamAmerica.org held in Memphis Tennessee the President of the grassroots organization James Rivers asked an enthusiastic group of volunteers who had crammed themselves into a local meeting room, “Can you trust a man who grins in your face and says one thing when he knows that millions of people are watching.. then dehumanizes that same group of people when he is behind closed doors?” And the fired-up crowd yells back.. “No, we can’t trust him.” Then he asked the crowd a second question. “Can you trust a man who has never in his entire life experienced a personal financial struggle?” And the crowd yells even louder this time.. “No, we can’t trust him.”
By this time, everyone in the packed room was standing on their feet. When an elderly woman from the back of the room asked a question.. “How can Mr. Romney do what is right for hard-working people like everyone here in this room, when he has never had to work a day of hard-work in his life?”
If the rallies held across the country on Sunday November 4th are anything like the one held in Memphis Tennessee on tonight, I expect that millions will be turning their big-screen televisions off and joining an, I Am America.. Not 47 Percent Rally in their home town.
